Nappi Distributors selected Sheridan Construction to construct a 155,000 sf state-of-the-art warehouse, office and maintenance facility in Gorham, Maine. This facility was designed to properly house beer and wine in a temperature-controlled environment and to create an efficient operation for loading and unloading product.
Modern technologies were designed into the facility. Orders are managed in a drive-through central loading area, each bottle of wine is hand selected via a mezzanine wine picking system, integrity of product is carefully maintained in a climate-controlled beer warehouse, and a new keg storage cooler ensures delivery of ice cold products.
