Sheridan Construction was selected by the Town of Orono and University Credit Union as their construction manager for an 18,000-square-foot, multi-tenant building to be used as UCU’s main administrative office. Also included in the construction was a 76-space public parking facility and a central plaza designed to enhance the downtown area of Orono.
