Sheridan Construction constructed this new addition to the Waterville branch of Kennebec Savings Bank. Designed by FCI Associates, Inc., Architects of Natick, Massachusetts, this two-story 8,575-square-foot addition has a brick Georgian facade which is an attractive addition to their existing building. The addition provides new premium office lease space for area businesses. Kennebec Savings Bank is a $550 million state-chartered mutual savings bank with 76 employees and branches located in Augusta, Waterville and Winthrop.
